For Quich Dough,

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup butter (150gr)
  • 50 ml water
  • 3 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon salt

For Spinach Mixture,

  • 1 pound spinach
  • 1 packed sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • half pound feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon blackpepper

How to Make Spinach Quiche Recipe;

Preparation of Quiche Dough,

1. Feed flour and butter with your fingers.

2. Sepereta egg yolks and egg whites. Add salt, eggs milk or water

3. Continue kneading until the dough mixes homogeneously. Wrap in stretch film and rest in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Preperation Spinach Mixture,

4.Finely chop the fresh spinach leaves.
